  • Ensures Practice performance and development by leadership, guidance, goals setting and control of expert team and support of client accounts and Sales organization
  • Provides strategic vision of Practice development by monitoring industry trends and anticipating future demand
  • Ensures expertise growth, trainings, proper knowledge management
  • Continuously identify and develop Practice offerings for existing and potential customers
  • Participate in relevant industry events and professional associations
  • Provide mentoring for the practice senior technical and management staff
  • Ensure efficient expert pool management, resource planning, new locations development, proper seniority mix
  • Plan and supervise practice related IP development
  • Accountable for operational/financial metrics and overall business results
  • Accountable for achieving revenue targets assigned to Practice in the selected regions
  • Provide risk assessment and reliable forecasting
  • Support Account Directors with growing relationships within the existing accounts that will increase ongoing business, ensure expertise level and quality work
  • Support Sales with new approaches and opportunities for expanding customer base
  • Location: Munich, Frankfurt, Stuttgart

  • Education: A degree in Business, Computer Science/Engineering or similar is required for this position
  • 10+ years of experience in Automotive domain preferably in IT service companies
  • 6+ years of experience at managerial positions
  • Good understanding of automotive industry ecosystem
  • Good understanding of modern automotive technologies with focus on Telematics and Connectivity
  • Understanding of contemporary IT technologies and platforms, product development lifecycle, software development methodologies is a plus.
  • Experience of working with internationally distributed teams - different outsourcing engagement models
  • Ability to build and maintain senior management level relationships in complex hierarchical corporate environment
  • Articulate, excellent presentation and communication skills as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills to drive results
